Welcome to the website of the Church of God in Derby, England.

The Alpha Course - starts Sunday 1st November!

Our mission is to give glory to God, and to proclaim the good news of salvation through Jesus to the City of Derby and beyond. Our church building is located in the Normanton district, which enjoys a diverse medley of cultures, races and religions, and we extend a warm welcome to everyone. We have a vision to reach all the people of Derby, to share with them the powerful Christian message of God's salvation, and to build a loving community of Christians. Why not visit us in person if you live nearby, or are visiting the area? We really look forward to seeing you.

We are united with the churches of God worldwide, all of which hold to the same body of doctrine, which we believe is faithful to the teaching of the first Christian churches, back in the first century A.D. For more details of our teaching, have a look at our beliefs section.
